What makes coaching with me so different?
I work with people as people.
We’re a complex, ever-changing, ever-evolving species with nuanced needs and experiences. Which is why I don’t try to squeeze my clients into templated coaching plans or the same formula of “steps to success”.
I work with every person I coach to help them define their own version of success and guide them along the road to make that vision real.
That guidance means helping people to deeply understand who they are, what they want and how they operate in the world as a whole. Because I believe that it’s from this place of understanding that everything else flows.
I also come to coaching from a diverse background that covers everything from big corporate, to government, to solo business. From design, to learning and development, to innovation, to deep reflective practice. I can support you with the practical, emotional, strategic, mental and (if it floats your boat) the spiritual.
