#1.14 Reflections - How do you measure your worth?

This week I reflect on the theme of how we measure our own worth. The topic of came out of my conversation with last episode's guest, Sheldon Walters of Splinter and Callous.

Worth is something that is often measured in financial terms and we often judge ourselves and our experience on how they have contributed to our worth on the financial scale. Yet the things we truly value are not always financial. So why do we find it so difficult to pull out those areas of 'worth' that are measured on a different scale? Perhaps learning or relationships or love?

Join me as I explore this idea of worth and pose some ideas to you to think about how you can see your worth via values rather than money.
