“I was drawn to work with Kate soon after launching my coaching business. I felt like I had so many balls in the air, wasn't sure how to juggle them all and be an effective parent and business owner. I craved balance in my life around my work, business, family, and kids. I wanted a more grounded, conscious approach to building my business and sought Kate out to help me create this.

As a busy single working Mum to two teenagers, I needed support in crafting my business to feel right, to fit within my already busy life, but also reach my target market and be financially successful.  I also knew I needed gentle accountability.  Intuitively grasping the challenges I was facing (and those I was putting in my own pathway), Kate provided all this and more.

Her business and marketing expertise is outstanding. Working with her has enabled me to develop a marketing strategy for the business which is aligned to who and what I want it to best serve, but also achievable considering the other demands of my busy life. 

I loved Kate's capacity to drill down into a challenge and lead me towards a solution that I previously hadn't considered, and to do so with grace and humour as well as her capacity to see my whole person - personal, professional, spiritual - and provide support and guidance in all these areas, while still focussing (and keeping me focused) primarily on "business coaching".
