It’s no secret. Work-life balance as a term seems to be a bit dead in the water. So what are the alternatives to work-life balance? Which ones should we really be aiming for? And what do they all actually mean?

Work-life balance has long been the term used to describe how we find the sweet spot between life and work. But is work-life balance outdated for our modern working lives? I say yes. Work-life harmony is alternative that I believe, is far more appropriate (and interesting).
